We are a Coffee Roastery, Pourover Bar, and Wholesaler based in the heart of Christchurch.

Heron roasts small batches of specialty grade coffee in a beautiful Diedrich IR-5 roaster. The roast profile is carefully created to highlight the characteristics of the beans. We have a range of rotating single origins on offer, depending on harvest times around the world. 

Our site in Riverside Market offers a variety of different pourover methods, including Chemex, V60, Aeropress, and the Tricolate Brewer. We can brew any of our beans with any method, so you can try what you are eyeing up before buying a bag
